1. Information We Collect
SiteKeep collects account information such as name, email address, organization name, team role, billing status, and authentication details. Customers may also add employee, vehicle, equipment, document, file, expiry, reminder, note, and activity data.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the app, authenticate users, isolate organization data, store uploaded files, show dashboards and calendars, send reminders, process subscriptions, support customers, and improve reliability.
3. Data Storage And Providers
SiteKeep uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage; Stripe for subscriptions and billing; Resend for email reminders; and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data as needed to operate the service.
4. Organization Data Isolation
SiteKeep is designed so each user accesses data through their organization membership and role. Row-level security and application checks are used to keep company records scoped to the correct organization.
5. File Uploads
Uploaded documents may include PDFs or images such as licenses, inspections, certificates, policies, registrations, or insurance records. Do not upload information your organization is not permitted to store or share.
6. Retention And Deletion
Customer records remain in SiteKeep until deleted by authorized users or until the account is closed and data is removed according to operational needs and provider retention limits.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical controls, including authenticated access, organization-level permissions, and provider security features. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
