Terms of Service
Last updated August 14, 2026.
These starter terms are provided for launch readiness and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before taking real customers or payments.
1. Using SiteKeep
SiteKeep helps contractors track employees, vehicles, equipment, documents, expiry dates, reminders, and related business records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for confirming compliance requirements that apply to your business.
2. Accounts And Organizations
You must keep your login credentials secure. Each account belongs to an organization, and organization owners or admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and removing access when a person no longer needs it.
3. Subscription And Billing
SiteKeep is offered as a paid subscription after any free trial period. Subscription fees, renewal timing, cancellations, and payment methods are managed through Stripe checkout and the Stripe customer portal when billing is connected.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the business records, files, and notes you add to SiteKeep. You grant SiteKeep permission to process that data only as needed to provide the service, including authentication, storage, reminders, exports, and support.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use SiteKeep to upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the application, or interfere with another customer organization.
6. Service Availability
SiteKeep depends on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions, maintenance, provider outages, and changes outside our control may occur.
7. No Professional Advice
SiteKeep is a recordkeeping and reminder tool. It does not provide legal, safety, insurance, employment, vehicle, or regulatory advice. You should verify requirements with qualified professionals or the applicable authority.
